Casa Silana is in Chianti area, a very famous area for wine and oil production (Antinori cellar, Meleto castle, Badia a Passignano, Greve in Chianti, Panzano, Montalcino and San Gimignano).

The house can host families or groups of people at a maximum of 7. It is nearby the old village of San Donato in Poggio (where there are excellent restaurants and typical pizzerie) and is far from the Autoroute Florence-Siena of 2 km, and 20 km from Florence, and 30 km from Siena.

Characteristics of the property

You have at your disposal three bedrooms and two baths well furnished. It has the heating system, fans for hot days, and wifi connection in all the house, there is a kitchen, living room and TV. Outside is available a flower garden with a large lodge with deckchairs and barbecue.

Parking

In front of the house is available a big square with free parking lot.

Languages

We speak Italian, English, French and German.

Breakfast

Continental (from 7 to 10 o'clock).

Cleaning Service

Everyday (from 10 to 12 o'clock) with sheets changing every twice-weekly.

Limits and Restrictions

It is forbidden to smoke inside and animals are not accepted.

Tourism tax

To our prices we have to add the tourism tax that each tourist has to pay directly in the Property that is now 1 Eur per night per person (only adults) for a maximum of 4 nights.
